AFFINITY GLOBAL was established in 1999 on three fundamental principles:

Since that time, our company has continued to grow and evolve, and today we are one of the largest privately owned providers of multi-national customer management solutions in all of North America. We specialize in customer contact, first party receivable management and third party recoveries for Fortune 500 companies.

As we continued to evolve and grow, adding new capabilities and new customers in the process, we never lost sight of those three guiding principles. However, along the way, we identified four core values that guide our actions, and our interactions, every day.
